Elisa Carlson is a 20-year veteran of the Chicago music, theater, and dance scene. After graduating from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with a degree in piano performance and theater, Elisa moved to Chicago to begin her career as a singer, musician, actor, dancer, and choreographer. She was a dancer/choreographer/artistic board member of Innervation Dance Cooperative from 2002-2016, as well as a freelance choreographer for various Midwest festivals. Elisa starred as Jane in the indie film Duelers, which includes a cast of real-life piano bar entertainers. Favorite Chicago theater credits include: As You Like It (Writers Theatre), Ernest Shackleton Loves Me (Porchlight Music Theatre), Once (Writers Theatre and Paramount Theatre), The Flying Lovers of Vitebsk (Northlight Theatre), Peter and the Starcatcher (Metropolis), One Man, Two Guvnors (Court Theatre), Pop Waits (Neo-Futurists), Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story (American Blues Theater), and American Idiot (Hypocrites). Choreography credits for young performers include The Addams Family, Matilda, Annie, Seussical, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Peter Pan.  Elisa is also a piano bar entertainer in Chicago and around the world.
